Patients who have not attended for an examination in the last 3 years will need to book an appointment as a “Lapsed Patient”.

We require 2 business days cancellation notice prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Repeated short notice cancellations or missed appointments may mean we are unable to offer you future appointments.

For patients who have not attended in 3 years, we will normally remove them from mailing and contact lists unless they request to stay in contact.
