How to Book a Same-Day Appointment
Our emergency slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure one, please call the practice at 8:30 am on the day you need to be seen. These appointments fill up very quickly, so we recommend calling as soon as our lines open.
Emergency Fees
To keep the system efficient and ensure these urgent slots are available for those who truly need them, we take payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment:
Existing Patients: £70 (plus the cost of any necessary treatment)
New Patients: £85 (plus the cost of any necessary treatment)
This fee covers your clinical assessment, a diagnosis from the dentist, and any X-rays needed to identify the problem.
Out-of-Hours Care (EDS)
If you have an emergency when we are closed or over the weekend, you can contact the Emergency Dental Service (EDS) located at the Haywards Heath Health Centre on Heath Road.
EDS Opening Hours:
Mondays: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
(Also open on Bank Holidays from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm)
