You have a dental appointment coming up, we look forward to seeing you, but you cannot attend then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reallocate the appointment.

We do require 2 business days notice to rearrange appointments.

If you do cancel without providing notice then a short notice cancellation fee may be charged, any deposit may be lost or we may not be able to offer future appointments, so it is very important that you let us know you cannot attend.

Prior to your appointment, we will need you to complete a health questionnaire, which will allow us to ensure you are fit and well and not displaying any of the signs or symptoms of COVID-19.

We are slowly reintroducing the full range of our dental services, but some restrictions still do apply and we are taking a few extra precautions.

 
 

Access to the waiting room and toilet facilities is limited, and we ask all patients to wear facemasks when they travel through common areas of the building. Please follow all signs and maintain social distancing.

To help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment, please do attend your appointment in clean clothing and non-soiled footwear. Whilst we are doing everything we can to maintain an excellent hygienic environment, we do need help from our patients to ensure we can focus on running on time.
