What is a Treatment Coordinator - A Treatment Coordinator supports the patient through every step of the treatment journey. They assist the dentists to facilitate individual treatment plans for patients to achieve the best experience and results for the patient. The Treatment Coordinator is usually the first point of call, talking patients through the treatments, answer any questions and ensure the plan suits the individual patients needs. They will schedule the appointments, take payments and also arrange finance.


What are the benefits of a free consultation with the Treatment Coordinator?

A consultation with the treatment gives patients a chance for an in-depth discussion and a chance to ask questions about treatment in a relax environment. They can advise about the treatment process and discuss any doubts they may have. The Treatment Coordinator will be able to give a rough estimate of how much the treatment will cost, the time scale of the treatment.


What happens during a consultation?

  • Discussion about concerns and your dislikes about your smile and what you hope to achieve

  • We take photographs and an intra - oral scan to help us gather as much information about as possible to help us best advise you of your options.

  • We discuss options and answer questions/concerns you may have.

  • We can provide a FREE orthodontic simulation which allows us to show you how teeth may move and an estimated time scale for how long it will take to complete the treatment.

  • We provide you with a treatment plan which will include a rough estimate for how much the treatment is likely to cost.


Meet Sooki our Treatment Coordinator -

Sooki joined S3 Dental Haywards Heath in 2011 and is a qualified dental nurse. During her time nursing alongside the dentists she has gained an in-depth knowledge of dentistry and the dental procedure we provide at at our dental practice. In 2022 she took on the role of Treatment Coordinator and now works closely with the dental team to ensure every patient has a positive experience during their treatment.
